2Just visited Girias’s Brigade Road showroom where I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The team there refused to give me a Free Gift even though my bill was Rs. 7900/- for the following reasons provided by Manjunath:
a) The offer is not valid on geysers - when I pointed out the board says “On All Purchases”, i was told
b) That is a NEW YEAR offer and now we are in Sankranti. When I pointed out to him that the entrance of the shop still had the advertisement for the New Year offer, Manjunath told me that Girias can put whatever they want at the entrance and that is none of my business!!
I was eventually given a ‘free gift’ - but after a lot of heated arguments.
Manjunath spoke like a thug. And frankly, as Girias has my residence address, I AM WORRIED FOR MY SAFETY.
