1Dear Sir,
I bring to your notice that i have purchased your gas geyser during August from one of your dealear in ulsoor, bangalore based on your company represtative advise!
Recently the geyser is not at all switching on/no flame in the geyser. Hence i had complained with the service people and your service person came to our house opened the unit and could not rectify the problem but he told that the water pressure is not sufficient. At the same time he insisted that without reparing the unit he collected Rs.200/- from us and went. But i dont understand how it was working all these date at the same time how your represtative suggested this unit. when you have a 0 pressure unit during the time purchase.
Please advise where to complaint and whom to contact further!
