7I bought a center table on 2nd May from Total,Madivala. When i opened the box at home i found that one of the wooden block was broken and also the connecting parts were also broken. Next day i returned the broken parts back and they informed me that they will call me on the weekend as they will be getting the new stock. Even after 1 week there was no response , so i called them back only to be told that they will check and get back to me Next Morning. I waited till afternoon and called them again and the guy said he will call back in 5 min, never to call again.
There customer service is horrible. More than the broken furniture, im disgusted about their attitude towards the customers. Its sheer waste of time and money shopping here.
