2hi, at unlet electronic store i had worst expeciernce of sales and services. I went to sahakarnagar store, and booked one Videocon d2h TV. they said they will come and give me the tv and install the d2h. but four days no call even leave the tv… I went to store had a fight… they told i willl get it tommorow, but didnt so i asked give my money back… they said it will take three days… and I am still Waiting for that money………………..
The sales rep was worse and was not ready to say sorry for his mistake….
Manager was more worse as he was arguing on phone… and did not come anytime face to face…
SO LET you decide you want to go to that store or any branches…….
