Buy a Jumbo 34 Flat TV and Get a Plasma 32! in18-12-2007, after completion of 35 months, i make call to autherised person of videocon company, no body responding, i will make complaint against on ur company in consumer forum.

11I have bought one 34″Jumbo TV on 25/12/2007 with a scheme of get the 32″ Plazma after completion of redeemed certificate period of 2 years & 11 months.
Today we asked to their sales person, in replied of them & said that you have to pay Rs. 4999/- for plazma as they committed as a free of cost, & plazma is not available so you can go for other LCD 32″ TV and pay more from Rs. 9990/- to Rs. 42000/-
So I think company is totaly failure to their committment to give 32″ plazma free of cost after 2 years & 11 months.
Or they are not able to give or fulfill the consumer, company has to pay Rs. 7000/- plus interest of fixed diposit of 3 years to the consumer

13Hi,I Have purchased this Mano Ya Na Mano Jumbo TV offer on 2/4/2008,it has completed on 02/04/2011 on that time there was a offer of Plasma 32 inches TV free,but now they are saying their is no production of Plasma,you go for other LCD,or LED tv by paying Difference amount and also they are saying they are ready to plasma if we want but there is no warranty & service…………THIS IS NOT FAIR
