1I have perchased one No. furniture showcase set. the order No. is 3147 dated 12-02-2011
the furniture wast deliverd on 24-02-2011 that is on thursday. the furniture was not assembled till on monday. but monday one of ur carpentor has come and tell the goods deliverd is not proper

3Very poor follow up service by your Koramangala staff - Mr. Nithyanand. I am NRI customer and in March I made a huge purchase from your outlet. Some items were missing when delivered and my wife complained immediately. So far, even after 10-15 days, there is no news about it, the above staff is not answering to telephone calls, and no one else responsible. If we do not get our items, give the money back, for it, including for all telephone call follow ups.
Mr. Asok, of the same branch also knows about this.
