As I am Shiva.KM from Bellary Karnataka State was bought a Blue mobile from HomeShop18.And I was having a technical problem with it,So iwas complained about it to Homeshop18 people they asked the consult department will solve my problem.In the last month 27th I got a call from Pratham Telecom India Pvt ltd New Delhi and I have explained all the technical problems I was facing.So the consult Member who was given me a call asked me to send it to particular address i:e Pratham Telecom India Pvt Ltd,X-58(G.F) OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE-II New Delhi and I sent it on 29th of Sep 2008,I came to know that my couier was recieved at your office on 1st of Oct 2008 by one of your office person they called me and asked the details of it once again.But they said i will get my replacement of mobile with in 5 to 6 days but upto now I have not got any replacement of mobile.So please check it as soon as possible and reply me as soon as possible.
