1Came to the store at No. 399, 24th Cross Road, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560070 with my family on Oct 02 2008 and purchased two Levis denim jeans of size 30.The shop had buy one get one offer going on. The MRP tag(on the costlier jean) showed Rs. 800+. The counter manager said it would cost that MRP for the two jeans as per the plan. But he produced a printed bill for Rs.1212/- changing his earlier statement. The argument offered by him and the regional manager(Mr. Vinod) was that the ’system MRP was Rs.1212/- and MRP shown on the tag was the discounted price (30% for purchase of only one). He had no answer as to why the system MRP tag was not with the product or why the tag wrongly showed the discounted price as MRP.
I produce below link of consumer court on a similar case of overcharging for your reference.

I demand that the difference (overcharge) of Rs.400 approx.and the cost of inconvenience be refunded by the stores. The mistake of not displaying proper MRP is the responsibility of the stores.
